Good location - close to town centre, convenience stores and ATMs round the corner, spacious rooms, with a fridge and also a little seating area in. There are lots of negative reviews about the staff and the language barrier but we found them really friendly! We used google translate to talk to them in Mongolian and it was really useful! They were very smiley and helpful - I think they appreciated the translation speaking to them in a language that they know :) good value for the price you pay and we would stay again!

I stayed twice at Tara Lodge. The room was larger than expected, very clean and comfortable. And the landlady arranged a very late check in and airport taxi for us.

Very comfortable beds, plenty of space in the room, perfectly clean. Good breakfast every morning, we can have access to the whole kitchen. Good location, with a small market down the street. Lovely staff
