The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, and the cafe-bar in the lobby was good too. The staff were always kind. The room was a perfect place to retreat after a long day on the road, and we slept in peace and got a good rest. Stayed with a toddler and had no complaints.

Novotel Ulaanbaatar is perfectly located, central and just a stone throw from Sukhbaatar square. Staff was incredibly friendly and treated us to an upgrade which saw us enjoy the exeptional views from our lovely room on the top floor.

Centralised location. Museum and Sukbataar square within 10 min walk. The indoor pool and sauna are good. Hotel breakfast has good variety.

Great service from Zulaa (and this other lady, didn't get her name) from the front desk, very helpful and made the check in/check out process a breeze. Good location as well, 10 minutes walk from the square where most office buildings are located. Overall still a pleasant stay.
