Pleasant warm room with good shower and separate toilet. Location was good for easy access to centre, sights and restaurants.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. There was 1 receptionist that did above and beyond for me. Easy walk to the State Department and other shopping places. About 1.15hrs to the airport. Comfortable bed. Hot water & plenty of toilet paper. Affordable.

The hotel makes a friendly and tidy impression. The themed rooms are interestingly decorated. Breakfast is okay, but could be a little more varied.

Fantastically helpful and friendly staff, very good food and breakfast extra star to the chefs. The hotel had a lovely family feel and lovely guests from all over the world. You met so many exciting people, we loved this hotel!

Cosy small hotel. A very convenient for public transport and near by down town. You can walk 5 mins to Gandan temple. Many shops, restaurants and bars around. A bed was comfortable to sleep. All facilities are ok.
