Staff were very friendly and good at English, room was nice and big and breakfast delicious and convenient. Would definitely come back for my next trip to Mongolia

Staff here are amazing. They will help with anything you need ie. Laundry, taxis, tours. The guesthouse funds a children's centre which we had the pleasure of visiting twice. Guest house was quiet most of the time. The guesthouse is in a brilliant central location and we managed to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Thankyou for a lovely stay 💕

The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpfull. The common room is comfortable. There are some lockers. Breakfast is simple but changes every day. Location is great. It felt as a home away from home.

Location is fantastic - just 10 minute walk from Chinggis Khaan museum, Zanazabar Art Museum, main square, yet in a quiet part that felt very local whilst still accessible to shops., restaurants, cafes (ROC coffee). It didn't feel touristy at all, but still had convenient stores, ATMs etc all around us. STAFF are EXCEPTIONAL. They are absolutely the BEST. We truly felt so safe and secure and they made everything so easy for us. They cooked custom breakfasts for my mum's dietary needs, and they catered for our timings. Anandi and Tugsi proactively shared ideas and suggestions as to what we could do, how to access parts of the Naadam Festival and gave us insights on the culture as well as a the places. Anandi called to make enquiries for a location we needed, and she even walked us to a location we were looking for when she had free time! The level of service was exemplary and I commend both Anandi and Tugsi's professionalism, warmth and integrity. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They make everything run smoothly and maintain everything so well. Anandi and Tugsi are absolute gems!Felt safe, welcomed and cared for. They helped with every question we had about Naadam. They were so grateful - taking us to locations if they had time, gave us options and organised day trips and transport for us. Location was excellent. Literally across the road from a CU convenience store. Round the corner from banks (Khan bank has good ATMs).. A quick walk to local corner stores (cheaper prices) & other Korean-style convenience stores. 7 minutes walk to Chinggis Khan museum. 12 minutes to main square. 20 minutes to the Shangri-La Mall & Choijin Lama Temple Museum. 15 mins walk to Daschoilin Monastery. 10 mins walk to Zanabazar Fine Arts Museum. Everything within walking distance. Very clean. Breakfast included. It truly felt like a home away from home. And of course, proceeds go to the Lotus Orphanage. I feel that Anandi and Tugsi are truly the stars of this place and are worth their weight in gold. Thank you both for everything. You are the best! Miss you!

We communicate in here with a massage, really flexible. Send for me the airport transfer its good one. Normal apartment flat prepared to hostel. Nice and comfortable. Shared kitchen have everything what need to cook. Bathroom is nice. The beds decoration it's really special. Bed is comfortable. Locker with key can use free and free towel. Close have a shops and restaurants and the city center.
