Hotel Overview

Kempinski Hotel Khan Palace is a 2.2 km from the Chinggis Khan Square in the city centre. The 5-star luxurious hotel features a well-equipped fitness centre, a Spa and free WiFi in all areas. Breakfast is great but matters little since the staff is very comforting. The entire hotel is working according to real hotelier standards! I will come back again for sure!

The size and appointment of the room was excellent. We had everything we needed. The staff did make an effort to make the room available prior to 14:00h as we arrived slightly early.

Hotel room is very spacious. The bed mattress is super comfortable. Nice bathrobes. Lots of TV channels n movies. Sakura restaurant serves good Japanese food. Concierge service is commendable.

The interior of the hotel was very pleasant, the room was spacious and the staff would try and accommodate everything you needed. There is a restaurant on the bottom floor that has a vast menu, and the prices are very affordable.

The staff was extremely helpful! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet - lots of options. Our massages were relaxing. We would definitely stay at Kempinski Hotel Khan Palace again.
