Location couldn’t be better. Breakfast was excellent. Shops, restaurants and bars next door to the hotel.

The attitude of the service personal and hotel environment and clean. The breakfast is delicious and also clean enough. They provide hot chicken soup perfectly fulfill the taste of asia people.

The best to say about the hotel is its' central location in UB. For that price it is really best value for money. The rooms are large and clean, the breakfast is ok, although it could start a bit earlier for those who spent a long day doing business. The cleaning services are very friendly as well are staff at the breakfast buffet.

Was very close to Sukhbatar Square & a balanced Breakfast was provided by the Hotel. Hotel staff were super supportive. WiFi connectivity was superb, no lagging.

Beds, bedding and pillows are good quality. Shower was very good - both in water pressure and settings. Bathroom overall had good quality fittings. Room had AC to heat or cool. Room was fairly quiet. Location is really central, few minutes walk to main square. Handy to have two restaurants just downstairs if you arrive late and don't want to walk elsewhere. Fair selection of reasonably priced food.

I had stayed in this hotel before, so in my opinion their strengths - good breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows, availability of useful things in the room - kettle, refrigerator, etc. Room is not large, but sufficient in category "bed and breakfast".
