- very helpful staff - clean - close to many restaurants and center, but far anough to not get traffic noise. - safe parking for motorcycle! - small but efficient solo private rooms

The twin room with private bathroom is very comfortable.The staff was also very attentive and answered all my questions respectfully, such as helping us to arrange airport transfer at 3am in the morning

The staff can communicate well in English and were responsive to my queries/ messages in the booking dot com portal. We are a group of 3 and we also booked our 9 days Gobi and Central Mongolia tour with them. We're very pleased with the tour as well.
