The owner of the accommodation was very nice. He will also organise the safari for you if you wish. His mother cooks a very tasty meal, which we can also highly recommend. The bed is very comfortable. Sleeping in the clay house is also a nice experience.

The safari clay house is an unique experience. We stayed for one night, but we could imagine to stay longer. We got some refreshing welcome drinks on arrival, the owner helped us organizing a safari at the Udawalawe National Park and we got a delicious curry for dinner in the accommodation. The room was spacious, really well equipped (even with a hair dryer) and perfectly clean. Definitely recommendable!

One of the best places we have stayed - and for such a good price!! The clay hut is fabulous - very clean and a wonderful aroma of cinnamon! Dinner was awesome, and the safari organised for us by the host was incredible- would definitely book through them.

Honestly, I don’t think you could find a better place close to Udulawawa. Very helpful host, beautiful garden, tasty food, comfortable room & bed.

Cute and clean huts with everything you need. The owners are also really helpful with organizing safari and transport. We had dinner and breakfast there and it was tasty and the portions were big. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage really much. The place is nicely designed and well equiped, settled in a peaceful Village environment. The host is really helpful and prepares tasty breakfast and dinner. Also offers safari tour.

Very nice little house with good shower, cozy lighting, mosquito net, water kettle and even a hair dryer. Very friendly staff, tasty food with very big portions, no one has to go to bed hungry at this place! The safari we booked was also very good, informative and respectful towards the wild animals. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent clay house that feels very luxurious for a very reasonable price. Food is also good and the associated safari with Subhash is also 10/10. Very recommendable!
