Great value for our last-minute booking ($14). The room was in okay condition - we liked the little balcony! The pool and surrounding area were beautiful. Breakfast was decent with a beautiful view. We were also surprised by how big the property was. Very spacious!

Tented experience with the luxury of a good bathroom. Very close to the national park. The hotel helped arrange the safari for us at a very competitive price. Our guide was brilliant and managed to show us 21 elephants!

We loved our stay at Kottawatta village , the rooms were comfortable and clean , I loved the outdoor bathroom except for the squirrel who kept us up 1 night . The pool and staff were amazing , the food was affordable and yum 😋 we loved our safari driver he was both accommodating and knowledgeable about the elephants 🐘

A slice of jungle paradise hidden away. Really nice tent style cabins with all you need adjacent to a lovely pool. The restaurant was also very good with a great selection of options for both dinner and breakfast. We took their Safari into Udawalawa and our driver and guide Nandoon was amazing - he spotted so many things we would not have seen, like snakes in the bushes. I liked this safari more than Yala, even though we did see leapards in Yala

This place was amazing, such a great experience and they organised a really good safari. It’s good value for money and the rent rooms are beautiful! We loved chilling on the balcony in the evening and watching the bats fly over head.

Large green gardens, beautiful swimming pool and rooms good standard. Food was good and staff very helpful. Arranged safari for us and went very smoothly.

The luxury tents are an absolute recommendation. Clean, spacious, close to the pool. Staff is really friendly and helpful as well. All in all a very nice stay. Payment by card possible.
