The place was amazing, super clean, very nice nature around, and the owner was just the nicest, he was super fast in providing everything we needed, and the breakfast was amazing, super good food :)

Best place to stay in Udawalawe! The host is one of a kind, and the dinner was amazing! 10/10 would recomend!! We also booked an elefant safari trough the resort, and loved it. The rooms are big and everyting was great.

Best place I stayed in Sri Lanka, really comfy room, clean toilet, the breakfast was so good and the host was super nice, 100% recommend, also did the reservation for the safari with them

Fabulous hosts nothing a problem. My room was very clean, bed super comfortable, spacious bathroom ,tea / coffee making facilities & toaster. Breakfast & dinner (big portions) very tasty. The lodge is peaceful & quiet surrounded by nature. Safari organised by my host with a experienced guide has given me wonderful lasting memores.

Very warm welcome and lovely accomodation. Very helpful in arranging our safari and transfers. Walking distance to the Baby elephant sanctuary . They cooked us dinner both nights which was delicious and excellent value for money . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

Comfortable clean rooms. The staff were so helpful and friendly. It was our anniversary whilst we were there and they made us a cake which was very sweet. We booked a safari through the resort which was excellent and guide very knowledgeable. The kitchen was closed as its needed repairing but they took us in a tuktuk to their sister resort for dinner, so was no issue. Lots of attention to detail in the room.

We had a great time here. The room was comfortable and the food was great! We enjoyed the authentic Sri Lankan home cooking. It's a short drive from Udawalawe and they organised us a day's safari which was one of the highlights of our three week trip. The host was very friendly and took good care of us. We'd recommend!

The food was amazing, the hosts are so friendly and made all the necessary arrangements for us including laundry service and lunch recommendations. We loved the safari they organised for us, had the jeep to ourselves and the driver was super knowledgeable and great with the kids. We felt like we were alone in the national park because he went on the off roads avoiding other jeeps. Highly recommend, such a stunning setting and best dinner we’ve had so far - using veges that are grown fresh.

Exceptional value for money in this stay. The room has everything we need and the host is very nice and helpful. We also had dinner there which was also of great value. We booked safari tour via the hotel and it was excellent.

Very friendly and warm owners. The booking was made incl. lunch. We took a Sri Lankian curry and they made it fresh only for us. My daughter is vegan and it was not a problem. The next morning we were on safari with the driver of the resort. We have seen many animals and he took care on the elephants, stopped if they were crossing and did not drive to near to them to disturb. We had a nice breakfast in the National park. We had a late check out and could take a shower before leaving. The rooms were simple but with all we needed.
