Please note that a total of 5 or more rooms, booked through one/several online and voice channels irrespective of the no. of room/s booked at the same hotel and/or when they are booked, either in the name of one guest and/or several individual names and for stays overlapping on at least one common date, shall be considered as group travel, and shall be treated in contravention to the hotels policy of distributing rates through online and voice channels for individual stays only. The decor, attention to detail, personalized service, the entertainment, spa services and food. I had a personal butler, Ashkaj who was excellent - well spoken, knowledgeable, well mannered and respectful.

The location of the hotel is amazing! You take a boat with a beautiful view and come to the hotel. The way they are greeting you upon arrival is unforgettable! The rooms are so spacious and luxurious! There is a very beautiful swimming pool with a gorgeous view on the lake! I had an opportunity to do a massage in the hotel and it was one of the best deep oil massages in my life! I would recommend to go to Kimkimi for a strong good quality massage! It is very comfortable that each guest has his own butler who is available all the time. I was lucky to have such a wonderful smiling, professional butler Foustinus! She assisted with all my requests! I would definitely recommend everyone coming to this hotel when visiting Udaipur! And I was lucky as well to have a local professional guide Mitesh who showed me the city from insight, told me so many stories of how locals live, showed me a ceramic market and how locals do pottery! The food was excellent, we had breakfast and evening meals. A mix of local and international cuisine. Suzan our concierge was very good, as were Lee Wong and Sanjay in the restaurant.
