To stay at the Lake Palace was a dream come true and a truest amazing experience. The staff were exceptional. This was a magical experience and everything from the food, bar, room , staff were sensational. Special mention goes to Kunal for looking after us so well. Thank you.

Location is amazing, service is exceptional, food was great.Staff went out of their way to make sure that our stay was comfortable. Special mention to Pradeep who served us in restaurants in the hotel, Asra at reception and Kunal who checked us in and gave a tour of the hotel and room. They made our stay extra special

Luxury. Well trained staff. Wonderful chefs. A historical hotel and no tipping just a box to put in at the end. Entry and departure procedures excellent. Great boat crew to welcome us. Lovely views of the city at night time. Polite and helpful staff. Interesting historical tour of the hotel. Lovely evening dance performance.
