The property is undoubtedly magnificent and the experience was wonderful, but what really sets it apart is it's people. The extremely hospitable staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. And a special shoutout to Mr. Sandeep Dwivedi. I was travelling with my parents and it amazed me how he had this unique ability to anticipate all our needs, said or unsaid, making this one of the most memorable experiences.

The location of the hotel is really good. With an exceptional view of the pichola lake and the lake palace, the rooms were extremely comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful and catered to our every need.

Our second room was lovely - lake view and sit out as booked Hotel linked to lake Palace so easy trip over for dinner there which was lovely Easy walk to Palace and lovely gardens

The Staff at the Reception was extremely helpful and quick to respond The staff at Sunset Restaurant was very prompt, polite and helpful. Shivangi Madam and other Male staff was extremely helpful during the stay Mr.Lalit our transport personal was very polite, informative and guided us very well

The location was perfect with spacious lake facing room. Courteous staff. Within walking distance to many main attractions of the city. The property has private golf carts to ferry its guests to nearby locations . Boon if you are travelling with any senior members from your family. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was typical Taj style, always King Size. The staff, particularly Parth, Pawan and Preeti were the best.
