We enjoyed the clean, spacious room with a great view over the lake. The breakfast, included in the booking charge, was great and an excellent start to the day. All the staff were warm and welcoming, and made us feel very comfortable in our 5 night stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Oolala, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking lake view right from our room. Waking up to the serene sight of the water and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made our visit incredibly relaxing. The homemade breakfast was another standout feature. It was freshly prepared with great care, offering a delicious and authentic taste of home-cooked flavors. The hosts Lovely & Jitu were exceptionally warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always available to help with recommendations, travel arrangements, and any special requests, making us feel right at home. Overall, Oolala is a perfect retreat for anyone looking for a scenic and peaceful getaway with great hospitality and amazing food. We highly recommend it and would love to visit again!

The oolala guest house is perfectly located to visit Udaipur by foot. It is nicely located at the end of a dead end facing the lake. So very peaceful. Our hosts and their caretaker were very professional and welcoming throughout our stay😒. The room is very clean and spacious with such a comfy bed (not always the case in India). The Breakfeast was just amazing as they kept bringing more delicious meals to satisfy your appetite. No diner served but many restaurants nearby. Water is provided complementary during your stay.

Exceptional! The owners and staff absolutely the loveliest I have had pleasure of meeting. Definitely know how to make you feel like you at home. Nice big rooms, very clean and beds are so comfortable. Able to leave windows and balcony doors open for fresh air was a treat and the area is so quiet. Everything is walking distance. Breakfasts were outstanding and plentiful. Beautiful terrace on roof with gorgeous views of the lake and city surrounds.

We received a warm welcome, Lovely has excellent hosting skills she is so super organised and knowledgable providing all the details of where to go in Udaipur so you can plan your stay well. The house was wonderfully quirky colourfully decorated and full of personality. We loved opening our balcony doors for morning coffee overlooking the lake it's a spectacular view. Breakfast was excellent Lovely does the cooking & she served us Indian delights and as much as we wanted, lots of variety and things we had never tried. A lovely homestay to end our trip.

We extended our stay here by another night. A lovely view of the lake from our balcony, a nicely decorated room with excellent toiletries and nice towels. Breakfast is great it just keeps coming we selected Indian breakfast although you can also enjoy continental. Lovely & Jitu are brilliant hosts and made our stay a delight.

Amazing room with every comfort (best mattress ever) and a stunning lake view, that can be appreciated even more from the common terrace. Lovely is a wonderful, passionate and enthusiastic host, and together with Jitu, they have created something special. Manish is as delightful as the breakfast he prepares (some of the best food we had in India). If we ever have the chance to visit Udaipur again, we will stay at Oolala without a doubt.
