The fine print
All rooms are located on 2nd and 3rd floor and since, the property doesn’t have the lift facility so, all rooms and roof top restaurant is accessible by stairs only. Hence, the property is not suitable for elderly person and person who have issues in climbing the staircases. Also, because of government restrictions at Lal Ghat of Lake Pichola, no four wheelers are allowed in this area and all four wheelers need to be parked in dedicated parking slots which are 200 to 500 meters away from the property. Guest need to choose auto Rikshaw or E Rikshaw to come down to property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Room I had was great. But entry terrible. My friend run away when she sow entry to the place. I loved the place ,room and tarrace on the roof. They employ children with no English at all...so food there- better now

Great location and pleasant rooms. Powerful ceiling fan which was good as the air conditioning kept switching off. Nice staff.

This place is at the very heart of the old city and just besides jagdish temple. As soon as you step out of the hotel, you get auto, etc very easily. Bagode ki haveli is very near to this place. . The staff were very courteous and polite. Besides the awesome location, affordability, it has one of the best lake views in the area. The rooftop restaurant offers amazing views. it has a very good spot for viewing sunset. You can see till the very end of the sunset from the rooftop. Cold breeze and quiet ambience at the top makes it very serene.I would love to come back to this place.

Our staying in this guest house was the best, not only because we had a big and clean room for a fare price but also because the owner was a really nice person, helpful from the beginning to the end of our journey. He speaks good English, we reached to him many times by phone to ask for some help and he was always available and helpful. He also orgnized for us a tuk tuk tour out of the city with a really nice diver who was speking really good English too. Position right in the city center,, just 5 minutes walking from the gate of city palace and many shops and restaurants on thr street Last but not least, the roof top has an incredibile lake view! We hope we'll find a guesthouse at that level in the next cities we're gonna visit!
