Sublime experience in this beautiful guest house (the photos on Booking.com don’t do it justice). Spotlessly clean, quiet and excellent value for money. Shanti was super helpful with arranging onward travel.

The Guest House is perfectly located, removed from the hustle & bustle of Udaipur’s main streets but at walking distance of all the main sites. The team is lovely and shared a ton of tips, and the rooms are comfortable and very nicely decorated. Breakfast is good and dinner is very good!

We had a great time staying here with some friends. The room was comfortable and the facilities were great - especially breakfast. Special shout out, however, must go to the staff - especially Akshay and Shanti. Everyone made us feel so welcome (especially as an LGBTQ couple) and by the end of the trip we felt like Little Garden was genuinely our home in Udaipur. They also gave some great recommendations on where to eat! I would strongly recommend this place, especially to some first-time travellers to India.

Akshay has found the sweet spot between offering a guesthouse with an Indian soul and beautiful aesthetics while at the same time attending to western tastes. The location is also perfect for exploring and a stones throw from the City Palace. It was wonderful to wake each morning in a beautiful room with the light dancing across the room through the coloured glass. Best place we have stayed in India.

The guesthouse is very well located near the main sightings of Udaipur. The guesthouse itself is nicely decorated with a lot of attention for authentic elements. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great, as were the rooms.

Everything about this little guest house is perfection! The owner, staff and family are very welcoming and kind. We chose to eat their home cooked dinner every evening which was delicious. The room and bathroom were SO clean and the beds super comfortable. The guesthouse has a charm and has been tastefully curated with a mix of vintage textiles and antique finds.Don’t hestitate booking, this is the best place to be based in Udaipur and really ticks every box if you like to stay in intimate places with a soul.

Great family hotel in the center of the city. The owner was nice and available to explain to me everything I needed to know about the city. The owner helped me booking a taxi to go from Udaipur to Jodpur. Breakfast was good. Free bottles of water which was a nice attention.

This is a beautifully restored Haveli in the old city of Udaipur. The owners have carefully restored the property into a niche guest house where you feel nothing but warmth and kindness from the family and staff members. The owner is also passionate about heritage properties and has initiated a cleaning project of all the old Stepwell s. Absolutely amazing to be hosted by such a wonderful family.
