We had a wonderful experience at Kalyan Villa Homestay. The owner and host is incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff at the property is also fantastic. Given the price range, this homestay is just perfect for our needs, especially since it's not located near the city center, which is what we prefer. The accommodations come with excellent facilities, and there are fantastic cafes and restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious meals.

Our stay at Kalyan Villa Homestay was pleasant and a welcome respite from the activities of the day. We had a room with 4 beds. The owner was helpful in providing advice and organising a transfer to our next destination. It was in a more residential area but working distance to the palace and other sightseeing areas. The only negative I could see is that the room we had we had to walk through another room with beds to get to it, there were no other guests at the time so no issue but might have been if there had been others.

Beautiful building, super clean rooms, good bathroom and shower. Quiet area, but close to the main sites. The owner and his family are very helpful too.

Gorgeous building, super clean, big rooms, hot shower, very good and quiet location. Ghanshyam and his family is so kind and helpful! We hope to return to Udaipur in the future and book here again.

The owner is a lovely man who cares about his guests. Many of the places of interest are walkable or at least accessible by rickshaw. The owner is happy to facilitate and arrange transport. Previous to visit all emails answered promptly. Would recommend in winter months that extra blankets are requested, which the owner will happily provide.

The host was very welcomming. We arrived late, but he was waiting for us. The room was clean and well prepared. The doors and windows had mosquito nets so it was very comfortable for us. I can recommend this place.
