Do NOT go by the other poor reviews. You have to experience the stay and the exemplary service you receive here yourself before believing in reviewers with unreasonable expectations! The booking process was a breeze. The reservation team contacts you and works closely with you throughout the stay and are reachable as soon as you need anything. We were a family of 9 (including 3 kids) who stayed for five nights here and loved every minute of it! We were warmly greeted by Reena and her team of caretakers on our arrival. The rooms are clean and impeccable. Every corner in this place has its own character. The bookshelf and reading corner had a spell on me, really! We got a regular turndown service and delicious breakfast served every morning! The staff was very attentive to our needs and had even provided additional care for some of us who had a minor cold due to the changes in weather. We will always remember that nice little touch of their service that goes above and beyond.
