Beside the view the staffs are excellent, specially Mr Shankar, who understand the customer better and tried to fulfill their needs. Kitchen staffs, room service guys and other staff are too helpful and carefully handled everything.overall it's a good experience except the road to reach the resort. But the rooms, bathrooms and the facilities need to be improved to meet customers uttermost satisfaction.
