Response time for the staff is very good. We have checked in early in the morning still the owner didn’t charged more money. Very friendly attitude and room was very clean and we are provided with hot water and tea whenever asked The owner Srinivasan and staff Sudhir was very polite.

Good value for money, I booked the basic single room, a little old and dark and you have to ask for hot water, but for that cheap price it was ok, just 2 minute from main roads but very quiet, helpul staff (thank to the young boy!), they can arrange local cheap mini-bus tour and keep your luggage after check-out time

Lovely staff on hand throughout the evening to provide drinks/assistance. Homestay was only 5 to 10 minutes walk to Ooty s main street but in a quiet road. They organise tours. Room was simple. There was a tv, but it only had a couple of English channels.

Although it was a small room it was more than enough for a budget stay for 2 people One great thing about the stay i would say was the breakfast which i had here which was home made one & it reminded of being at home. Also the owner has arranged us a package trip at a reasonable cost which was also appreciable

1.Our stay at Hill In resort was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. 2.The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from major attractions and public transportation. 3.Check-in was seamless, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. 4.The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. 5.The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. 6.Food was delicious with simple menu with Homley style please don't miss it 7.The hotel offers great value for the price, considering the quality of the facilities and services. Overall, I would highly recommend Hill In resort home stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
