The hotel is in a good location near lot of PoIs. The rooms are medium size and comfortable and very well decorated. The room has lot of amenities and the staff were helpful.

Suggested for families who wanted to stay at prime locations. They had tissue paper access in the room, 20L water in the room, etc.. on the last night of our stay we had a situation where we needed the bedspread to change at 3.30 am, they did for us which was very helpful.

Excellent service. The staff at the reception as well as those providing room service were prompt and courteous. Location is at a walking distance from main market and a couple of other tourist attractions in Ooty. The rooms are well maintained and clean and they are cleaned by the hotel everyday. Plastic is banned in Ooty but the hotel has been kind enough to provide large water flasks in every room to cater to the guests. They have paid minute attention to details like having tissue paper dispensers in each room.

This property is in the exact spot! Ample space for parking and rooms are very neat and clean. We booked for 3 nights and everyday staff used to ask for cleaning requirements voluntarily. Amazing staffs and everything is reachable in 2-3 kms radius.
