I absolutely loved my stay at the Millstone Hotel in Cappadocia! The property is breathtakingly beautiful, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The rooms were impeccably designed, with warm, earthy tones and stunning views of the unique Cappadocian landscape. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and pampered throughout our stay. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious local flavors served on a terrace overlooking the valleys. The location was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions while providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the cozy fire pit and the exceptional concierge service. A truly unforgettable experience!

The location is perfect. The setting of the hotel was exactly as we thought, and the staff were very friendly.

A 8 mins drive from Goreme center, beautiful property. Our cave suite was super comfy & spacious. The staff at the property were super helpful. Mustafa, at the front desk was an absolute rockstar. He helped chalk out our 3 days in Cappadocia within 15 mins & even made sure to understand our likes & dislikes before planning our entire itinerary.

Superb hotel with beautiful views(maybe the best view in Cappadocia) and friendly staff. I loved our room. Felt like home away home. Breakfast was great, you can order whatever you like from the menu which is great. Breakfast terrace also looking over to this breathtaking view over Capadoccia valleys (you can see pigeon valley, love valley and the red valley). You can also watch balloons in the morning from the hotel or from your room but we chose going closer to the balloons to capture some snaps!

Had a very nice stay at Millstone, came with family and originally booked the room with view, thanks to Mustafa (receptionist) who introduced another cave room which has inner-connect door, space is superb and breakfast is excellent. Will definitely recommend!

Very beautiful room. Spacious with cave design. The staffs were very friendly and helped us tremendously when we had trouble with the car we rented. The room is so much nicer and better in price compared to those at Goreme.

Cappadocia is breathtaking but having experienced it from millstone was even better. My daughters and I had a cave room with pool it was absolutely beautiful. The pictures on the internet don’t do the place justice actually. The property is on a higher level and you can see the city from it. The staff was absolutely lovely and helped organize a birthday cake for my daughter. Thank you

The views first thing in the morning are spectacular, with all the hot air balloons 🙌🏾✨ Great staff and service. Breakfast was amazing!
