Lovely, large, clean and comfortable two storey villa with a great pool and overlooking lush green scenery. The caretaker Pak Kodi was very accommodating and prepared breakfast fresh in the kitchen. Overall a lovely stay just outside Ubud and near a couple of nice cafes, laundry and massage spas a short drive away.

It was a nice stay, the hosts were nice and made a us nice breakfast. The house is nice but there are a few things that they should look after like lizards , there are so many lizards on table n floor not just on the walls, the bedsheets were a lil worn out, its high time to change them. It was clean but torn. Overall nice stay .

Great communication and very friendly and helpful hosts. The two bedrooms are on separate levels, accessed by the outdoor staircase, so for little kids might not work. We had our 7 and 8 year old's downstairs, which seemed fine for us. Very comfy and relaxing spot. Kodi was very helpful in organising an ATV experience for us with a good deal. He also came to our rescue when we needed it! Thanks!

Everything is perfect. Kodi is the best housekeeper ever. He fixed the taxi, scooters, cleaning, activities like atv and rafting and many more. 🙏🏻🥃

An Unforgettable Stay in Ubud with Kodi as Our Host We spent five wonderful days in a villa in Ubud, and Kodi made our experience truly special. From the moment we arrived, Kodi was an exceptional host. His friendliness and hospitality were unmatched; he was always available and made us feel at home right away. Kodi arranged various activities for us at very reasonable prices, and he prepared a delightful breakfast for us by the pool. His attention to detail and the personal touch he added to each activity made our stay even more memorable. It was truly a pleasure working with Kodi, and it’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Ubud.

This Villa was absolutely beautiful. Not to mention Kodi, he was amazing and such a helpful host. He assisted with all enquiries we had. If you're worried about security, you can padlock the front entrance as you come and go, there is a camera as you walk down the walkway that faces the entrance and you get keys to lock every door including a safe. Security was not as issue here. The villa was very relaxing and the pool was a hit with our family. A bonus - API API cafe is walking distance and the food, service and price was perfect. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back!

The property is beautiful and scenic! The pool and the view from the villa is brilliant! They provide every facility in the villa and the care taker kodi is always there to help. The villa is situated right next to api api cafe which offers amazing Indonesian food and American breakfast . Villa is not far from centre and palace and is short gojeck ride away from market
