It is a very beautiful location, with a very kind staff. At the beginning I was not happy with the room because there was a problem with the toilet. They supported me right away and gave me even an upgrate. I was so grateful

It was really special and personal, not so many people and the villas is amazing. Really great value for money and also staff at this place will do 200% more than expected its super good on the service side.

Great location not far from Ubud town centre by walking or car. Staff really friendly and good breakfast included. Room nice with everything needed for comfortable stay.

The staff is very nice and they go above and beyond to fulfill your needs! The pool area was also amazing and the room very clean! I would definitely return back to Tirta Arum! Had a wonderful stay there! They also prepared a piece of cake for my husband’s birthday which I think was very cute and kind of them! Thank you so much for everything! Hope to see you all again someday ❤️

Lovely family run property. You feel really taken care of by everyone and they get to know you. Breakfast is a la carte but great and freshly made. The pool is the highlight and the floating breakfast was so enjoyable. They also have private tours/driver and car hire you can book which were better value for money than anything else we found online. Location is perfect. Either a 15 min walk into town, or 5 mins in their shuttle car service. Would highly recommend staying here!
