The staffs were good, and the service is great. But the location is difficult to find, and you must need some help if you have large luggages.

We like the location little bit away from the noise, the house is beautifull ad the pool great We did not like the breakfast (juice are made with powder, egg were tasteless, and the viennoiserie so so) vs the price they charged. Need a scooter to have a dinner.

The check-in process was smooth and we were able to leave our luggage at the reception and check in a little later. We had a problem with the WIFI but it was fixed immediately. The villa is big enough and has all the necessary amenities for your stay. The location is about 20 minutes from the center of Ubud.

Loved the fridge size and that it had a freezer. Loved the water filter with steaming hot/ice cold and tempered waters, excellent idea. Room was lovely Pool gorgeous Even with the negatives I would stay here again.

The room was wonderful. Very spacious, good facilities and very clean. The in-room massage was wonderful and the ease of communication with hotel staff via WhatsApp was excellent. No issues with WiFi. The ‘3 min walk’ to the property they had warned us about was a simple paved walkway that was no more than 100m and was easy to maneuver a suitcase down.
