Tara House is a little dream place - I felt so fortunate to have been able to spend some days in this peaceful place. Next to the very good value for money including breakfast (some options to choose from), drinking water (hot&cold) and the gem of a street the house is based on (quiet, lots of food options and nice for a little evening stroll while also easy walking distance to the center), the most important part is the lovely family that welcomes you into their wonderful home. Whether you end up having a nice conversation or you just give a friendly greeting and retreat into your cozy and clean room with a little front porch, you will very likely get to feel the calmness and serenity of this special place - other guests I met shared this feeling. Tara House is a little haven of peace in a perfect location in the Heart of Ubud and I highly recommend taking the chance to stay in this beautiful and authentic traditional Balinese family home for some time. Thank you Made, Made Dan and family for your hospitality and kindness.
