superb services. They have a WhatsApp group chat to serve us, super easy and clear to request and ask for anything as we can send picture to notify. I like their daily complimentary transport and laundry services, they are also so good to send food for you no matter wherever you are, for example my breakfast to my villa, afternoon tea to the pool, FOC. Basically servicing us wherever, whenever, immediately during our stay by just one WhatsApp request. Besides, I like that they providing enough towels, floor mats and etc in the villa as some hotel trying to save by providing less after having big loss during pandemic. Even my husband can’t wait giving them excellent reviews on their services.

The property is stunning! Super super quiet, like we only saw other guests at dinner, one other table. Then breakfast three tables. The staff were the best, remembered everything we liked and looked after us to perfection. The villa was stunning, the history is lovely. All the free inclusions were lovely.

This place was an absolute highlight of our family trip to Bali. Escape from the noise and business of other areas, a perfect base to explore Ubud rivers walk shops etc, or just relax all day on the grounds. Gardens and pools were just paradise. Staff entertained kids with fishing and feeding birds with such patience and kindness at all times. I o my wishes we had stayed longer, will definitely return for a longer stay in the future.

Beautiful compound. Huge grounds with only 20 villas over 6 hectares. Swans you can feed. Guided Paddy field trekking.
