It was set in a beautiful spot, lots of greenery with a small creek outside our room. The pool was a good size and secluded. The food was very fresh and priced well. Breakfast was excellent.

The pondok is located in the rice paddies, about 1km along a track from Ubud town. I loved having to walk through the paddies to get anywhere (got plenty of exercise too!) and it meant that it was a very quiet, restful stay as there were few other people around. The pondok's facilities were excellent: great bathroom, bed, outside terrace to sit.

We had a great stay at Sweet Orange Pondok and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff is genuinely kind and attentive, they quickly responded to our inquiries - we had an issue with hot water but they promptly addressed it. The villa was very comfortable, clean, secluded, in the middle of nature and rice fields, 10’ away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud’s center and looks even better than in the pictures. The warung is lovely and offers good food (at very good prices), the breakfast is rich and tasty. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Fantastic location, beautiful walks around the rice fields, love the jungle views. Only 10min walk from the market and Main Street. Super helpful friendly staff. Comfortable clean cosy cabin. Tasty variety breakfast included

Pool was a great in an amazing setting Staff were super friendly and attentive. Place is so peaceful and relaxing, yet close to hustle and bustle. Rooms neat and tidy with everything you need... Great value for money.

Location was stunning away from the crowds in Ubud yet close enough to walk maybe 10 minutes Restaurant was amazing and the cappuccino with oat milk was delicious 😋

perfect villa. scenic environment, super staff, save pickup from Denpasar, comfy beds, great shower, clean and very nice restaurant amidst the rice field’s with very tasty food

The surroundings, so peaceful, authentic, really good food. Very close to the town (although initially we thought we were miles away when we were brought by scooter) Only stayed one night, would have loved one or two more
