We had an amazing stay the staff were great the food was amazing We visited the spa on two separate days. The girls there are really tallanted. I wish we had spent more time here

Great hotel with good service, beautiful gardens and a nice pool. Great communication and support prior to arrival. The upgrade to a suite is worth it ! The spa is very nice and offers 25% discount for guests. Breakfast included.

We stayed in Ubud for 4 nights and we loved the location, walking distance from Main Street and very close to some amazing vegan restaurants. The garden was very beautiful and well maintained. Nice and clean pool area and the service was incredible. Super friendly staff that helped us with everything we needed. Relaxing and peaceful hotel with traditional Balinese style and koi fish pond and small temple on the premises.

A cosy setting with well-maintained grounds of shrubs and plants, a koi pond, and rooms. Having a spa on-site was a plus. A cafe that served Balinese, Indonesian and continental food. The breakfast selections were very good. There were vegetarian options as well and portions for an Asian was substantial for the amount paid. We got to order what we wanted and breakfast was served with a choice of fruit juice and coffee/tea. There was also complimentary coffee/tea every afternoon between 3-5pm with some Balinese snacks. Rooms were well cleaned and items topped up daily. We were happy to be upgraded to suite rooms when we arrived. The suites come with a bathtub in a garden setting with some open space. Completely safe with ample lights outside the rooms. There was also an umbrella in each room which came handy, allowing those not travelling with an umbrella to bring off site when we were out for day tours. We got an opportunity to watch a Balinese performance with a 3-course dinner which we paid for on-site. Every evening of our stay, a member of staff came to our rooms to deliver a bedtime story on a Balinese folktale. This was so unique and a pleasant touch too that enhanced our knowledge of Balinese culture. The property has an ample car park area for cars to safely wait, pick up and drop off customers. The staff were exceptional, warm and helpful, always serving with a smile. Most of them could converse in simple English.

Very relaxing, small still has privacy. Staff were very accommodating to our requests and always ready and available. Transfers and drivers also available to book which was convenient. Welcome massages were also a plus!
