Location is amazing , right in the heart of Ubud. The rooms were a bit small for me (I had a small kid with me). But it was neat . For hospitality , I don’t think you can praise enough be it this property or anywhere in Bali. The people are just fantastic. Brekky was very good too.

All the required things were available in the room. Extra water available without charge. Hospitality of staffs. Additional efforts to provide Indian breakfast.

It’s amazing. Retro style I get the vibe of the Marrakech hotel in India. Loved it staff were amazing. Treated like queens. Spa service left me feeling amazing

We had a pleasant stay. It is a lovely hotel with great and friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We especially appreciate the staff in the restaurant. They were very welcoming and helpful. During breakfast buffet, they helped my friend who had an injured wrist. They offered to help sccop the food she chose onto the plate and took it to the table for her. They even remembered our coffee preferences over the next few days. We enjoyed the food too. The housekeeping and room service staff were equally pleasant. We also had a wonderful time at the spa. The therapists were very good.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The food was fantastic, offering a delicious selection each day. The highlight, though, was the incredible staff. They were not only friendly and accommodating but genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of service and comfort provided. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming and unforgettable stay!

It was a lovely hotel in the heart of Ubud but nothing more. Breakfast was quite disappointing, nothing special and the menu was very limited.
