Staff were amazing for our entire stay, from the moment we arrived we were greeted and welcomed. They were friendly and very responsive to any inquiry or need. We stayed in one the large villas and it was beautiful Balinese design, gorgeous bathrooms, private pool and separate plunge pool with views. We really appreciated the water filter with chilled, normal and boiling water. Very generous inclusions with free local fruit, snacks, soft drinks, coffee maker, coffee beans & tea. The villa was served daily, all linen provided including swimming towels. Location is excellent, the villas are quiet, private and surrounded by greenery, and is right in the centre of Ubud. You can walk to the Ubud palace and Monkey forest, and many options for restaurants and shopping. Wonderful place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sanctuary. The villa looks just like the photos, it’s comfortable and very clean. Great location, there are tons of restaurants and cafes within walking distance or a cheap ride to popular tourist attractions. Beji and the team were so accomodating and always replied very quickly. They met us for a very late check in and tried to help track down lost luggage. Thank you Sanctuary team!

Incredible 2 nights here with my partner. Booked a private villa to celebrate our surprise proposal/engagement in the Ubud area. Special thanks to Pande who went above and beyond for me leading up to our stay, assisting with various things, even helping to arrange our preferred gin and tonics from a bottle shop so they were in the fridge for our arrival. All staff are contactable via WhatsApp throughout your stay, making it super easy to communicate. The villas are amazing, large private pool and very nice bedding/bathroom areas. We stayed at multiple properties during our 10 nights in Bali, this was our favourite by far. Will definitely return!!
