This property is outstanding! The rooms, the service and the food - the swimming pool area is beautiful and is very close to the dining area which is exceptionally clean and tidy. The service is outstanding from the staff.

I enjoyed my stay from the first minute to the last one! We came 3 hours before check-in time and they did let us go to our room with no extra charges! They offered welcome refreshment drinks and delivered our heavy luggage to the room. I was supprised by the inner garden of the hotel. I could jump into the pool right from my room. In the room, I found all necessary appliances including socket adaptors and mosquito repellent. All breakfasts I tried ware excellent! Exceptionally I want to thank my host Ms Septia for her attention and services!

What a beautiful place. Everything about our stay was incredible but the thing that stood out the most are the kind hearted beautiful people who work here. I enjoyed staying in Puri Andong Villa! The staff are suprr friendly and accommodating. Septia was always trying to go beyond and others too. Thank you so much for your hospitality! The building, pool, restaurant and the villas are all well organized beautifully and the pool is maintained perfect. The restaurant compared to the size of the hotel was spacious enough and in a good location next to the pool so you can have food, afternoon drinks and teas and reading, all is good. The location is a little outside the main town center but if it is in the main town center you have to up your budget so we were satisfied. Really happy with everything.

The spaciousness and decoration of the room is superb and suits very well with my family (two adults and one kid) stay. Surprisingly having a swimming pool right in front of the room, which is almost for private use and is the favourite part for the room.

They were kind, friendly, and attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.
