It was the second time we chose Pondok Naya for our stay in Ubud!everything was very clean and the stuff was very helpful with anything we needed.The location is very good to go around and the garden and pool always clean and tidy.we recommend it to all of our friends that are going to come to Bali!

Large rooms, comfortable beds, clean. Lots of hot water, responsive to requests, the buggy service was great and timely. Staff were lovely. Could order food in at reasonable prices.

Very good place. Isolated. Amazing big boogalow, amazing warm and clean pool, amazing trees and grass outside, good staff, great and cheap food. Chill and peaceful place. Been travelling a lot and, so far, this my best accomodation I have been to.

What an amazing place in Ubud. Everything was perfect, location, staff, rooms, food. Absolutely A star property. Pool was nice and clean, rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Buggy service from the maim street to the villas was so handy and always available. Everyone working there so kind and accommodating. The manager - Balon - went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We booked daily tours with him and it was exceptional. Honestly, I cannot fault anything ☆☆☆☆☆

The pool, breakfast and staff were all wonderful. It’s a lovely property on a very narrow street full of restaurants, bars and spas. Balon organised transport for us and scooter hire.

Peaceful village style accommodation. A little isolated, but the staff were friendly,and very helpful in sorting out a couple of issues when they occurred. Very handy having the golf buggy to transport guests up and back to the main road. It is essential to ring and use this service when you arrive if have luggage . Overall a very pleasant peaceful environment.
