1. Get to experience living in a Balinese family’s typical property. Although you may be living with a family, but their part of the property is in the front, your room is located deep inside the property with a view so you have privacy. 2. Convenient location - 3 mini marts around just in case you need something, a clinic nearby if you get injured, all before reaching the 10 mins walk to the heavy traffic Ubud central. Example: Very close to the touristy things like the Kecak dance performance temple is just right at the doorstep. So when everyone is walking the other direction that late night, you’re just 2 mins walk back home. 3. Universal sockets - convenient to charge Australian electronics. 4. Spacious room, clean sheets and have room service to tidy the room. 5. Breakfast included - the only one I liked was the Banana pandan Pancake, gives me a Balinese breakfast feel.

Loved the location, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Yummy breakfast and my suite was spacious, bright and comfortable. There's a cute shortcut through a nice street on the other side of the property - you have to take the stairs. The Balinese-style breakfast pancake was amazing.

This was a very cute homestay. Once checked in, the staff and families living here mostly kept to themselves except for when we ordered breakfast. We are very glad we did this and would recommend the experience to every one. It was a cheaper alternative, but the room was clean and it was all we needed and the surroundings were lovely. The homestay was hidden along a small garden area which was beautiful. Located in the centre of Ubud, we were a 10 minute walk from anything we needed and 10-20 minute walk from most main attractions in the central area.
