The pools were lovely. Close to main attractions in Ubud. Well priced for what it is. Really large property, lots of accomodation options. The rooms were made up regularly.

We have stayed here now three times and usually long stays. The location is excellent, the accommodation is well equipped and very clean, superb couple of pools available to guests and the most amazing well trained staff you would wish for. Very willing to assist you in every aspect of of your stay

Like: The staff's personal interactions. Not like: The rooms staffs' professional competence. Like: Overall ambience. Not like: Specific cleanliness standards. White towels were frayed, greyish in colour. The pools had dirt at the bottom.

The last three trips to Ubud we have stayed at Pertiwi as we love the location, our stay is comfortable at the hotel. Reasonably priced, our accommodation is clean and most importantly the staff are very welcoming and work diligently to make your stay pleasant

The rooms need an update soon. The shower heads don't work, and having a proper shower is a challenge. There were some cockroach in the bathroom, but I covered the drain, and then they stopped to come in. The room smells mould a little bit. There were some licking in the room, the makes a paddle on the floor that wet our suitcases. The pools are excellent, the staff is great and the breakfast is good.

We booked this hotel because we wanted to stay in the joglos. They are lovely and look out onto the main swimming pool and forest. We thought the breakfast was adequate and tasty for a 3 star hotel. Most of the time, it was very peaceful. The staff were very friendly. This hotel would be great value if you stayed in the superior rooms.

The infinity pool was lovely and it was nice to have a bar by the pool serving fresh juices, coffee and other drinks and snacks. The spa was also nice and offered good value for money

We absolutely loved our stay at Pertiwi Hotel. It’s a very peaceful place, perfect for resting and enjoying a relaxing break. The lush greenery around the hotel creates a wonderful atmosphere. The customer service was exceptional, with everyone eager to provide the best experience. We thoroughly enjoyed both the restaurant and the spa. The location is also very convenient, just a short distance from Ubud Center
