Everything! All the staff are so nice and friendly, they remember my name, even when I haven’t met them personal. They greet me by my first name! I also met the GM John and he is really kind too. I spent only two nights at the resort and didn’t even leave the resort ground to ubud centre!

Everything was perfect! The room, staff, cleanliness, facilities, spa and the grounds in general. Loved the location due to being away from any busyness. Special mention to the restaurant, the food everyday and every meal was next level.

an incredible location at the heart of Ubud jungle area. the yoga studio is absolutely stunning with daily yoga sessions. beautiful food. there is also an amazing menu of wellness and healing treatments.

The resort is nothing short of extraordinary. Excellent service, very friendly staff. A lot of nice touches like welcome fruits and a diary to write in. The facilities are superb, we had the most wonderful time just hanging by the pool. We used the shuttle service to Ubud regularly and participated in one of the offered activities as well. I was impressed by that extent of hospitality and service provided. I want to especially thank and compliment all of the wonderful staff that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay at fiveelememts again and recommend it to everyone considering a stay there.

Directly by the river, incredible staff and amazing vegan food (very tasty and delicious even for non vegan people like myself) ! The best housekeeping we have ever had! Pool and infrastructure was top!

Location near the river. Room facilities although the bed is low. Loved the bathroom. Pool very enjoyable although shallow in depth.
