The staff at the Elements Resort in Ubud were really fantastic, always showing a keen interest in what we were planning on doing and providing great advice on what to go and see. Being in a wheelchair, it's difficult to pick places to go see in Bali, as not everything is accessible. But the staff were really helpful, for example suggesting a waterfall spot that has an elevator, https://ommabali.com/ The room was great, had a little balcony with some chairs and a table, where spent evening having a drink and chatting. We can really recommend the Elements Resort in Ubud!

Clean , very helpful staff specially the house keeping staff and restaurant staff. Love the yoga class in the morning and the smores on campfire in the evening.

The staff were amazing, very accommodating & attentive. We loved the pool area & the bar staff and the cocktails at the rooftop bar were excellent. Breakfast was a wonderful selection, I especially enjoyed trying the local foods on offer. The shuttle into the centre of Ubud was a very handy way to get into the restaurants and in amongst the hussle and bustle of the place.
