Cloud Nine Estate in Ubud is a true gem nestled in the jungle. The outstanding location offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with carrying luggage up and down the stairs, ensuring you feel pampered throughout your stay. Their attention to detail is remarkable, making every moment luxurious. Each morning, a delicious breakfast is delivered right to your apartment, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend Cloud Nine Estate for an unforgettable jungle getaway!

Environment was tranquil, surrounded by the sounds of nature. Although the location of the estate was tucked away, it was exactly what I was looking for. Breakfast was served in the villa every morning and there was complimentary afternoon tea with a local delight. During turndown service each evening, there would be a set of eye or facial masks given. Truly indulging! Lastly, the team of staff on property was excellent, providing the right level of attention and service. I would definitely recommend a stay at Cloud Nine!

We had such a great time at cloud 9 estate. The staff is super super sweet and kind , the breakfast was very delicious and the jungle view priceless. We had a blast and want to thank our fantastic hosts 🙏🏻

Quality of service and environment was excellent Breakfast menu choice was exceptional and options to order in for dinner was varied and great quality Nothing was too much trouble Massage and pick up was wonderful Our second time of staying at cloud 9 did not disappoint we were there for a week
