the staff are something I’ve never seen before I would give them 20 out of 10 they were brilliant and went of of their way to make our stay comfortable. the room, the cleanliness of the room the food (except breakfast) the convenience of having a shuttle take us and pick us up from ubud Center each day as and when required & having the WhatsApp facility where you don’t have to reach out to the phone in the room when you need something is so so good. we were ordering food, arranging our shuttle service & arranging laundry service from the convenience of our pool.
