Resort Overview

Set amidst rice fields, Ananda Cottages offers traditional Balinese-style accommodation in Ubud. It features 3 swimming pools, a spa and an open-air restaurant. Free parking is provided.
The Ananda is a 10-minute drive from central Ubud and the Monkey Forest. A scheduled drop-off shuttle to central Ubud is available free of charge. Ngurah Rai International Airport is a 1-hour drive from the resort.
Rooms at Ananda come with Balinese décor and a private balcony with views of the rice fields. All are equipped with a minibar and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.
Guests can take Balinese dance or local cooking lessons. A dedicated room for Yoga sessions is also available on site. The hotel provides bicycle rental services, and can also arrange walking tours through the neighbouring villages.
The restaurant serves a variety of Indonesian and European dishes. Light snacks and refreshing beverages can be enjoyed at the bar.

Had an amazing 6 night stay at Ananda in a cottage looking over the rice paddies. Loved the views and jungle walks alongside the edge of the resort. Staff and accommodation exceeded my expectations. Room very clean, buffet breakfast included live cooking. Staff arranged an out of the world spa experience for us. A variety of food on offer at nearby restaurants. Ubud center was a 5 minute taxi ride away.

Spacious room with balcony, the garden with the ricefields is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and flexible regarding requests, our room host Sudiasa is super friendly and did great job on the room every day.

It is a magical and so well maintained place! So close to Ubud center, but still far enough to not me bothered by its hassle. So much nature all around and such a brilliant nice and helpful staff! I only can say 100%!! They even moved us from n room to the other, just to do us a nice favor since we travelled with our toddler.

The Ananda Ubud certainly exceeded our expectations. The whole complex is immaculate. The staff are always available and ready to help. Nothing is too much trouble. The pool is divine, as are the yoga spaces We had a private yoga lesson with a beautiful teacher looking out over the rice paddies. The gardens are lush, full of flowers and constantly maintained. And if you aren't sold yet the waterlilly pool next to the restaurant is alive with bird activity. Please go, you won't regret it.

Loved the garden setting and the views of the paddy field. Loved the pools, friendly staff, wildlife, cool outdoor shower, the incense and flowers and the care staff took of us and the whole property. Loved how easy it was to access restaurants as well as quiet walkways through paddy fields and homes. Loved the overall relaxed atmosphere and the carved entrance to our room as well as the two couches. Perfectly set up for a relaxing and luxurious stay.
