Absolutely a spa like hotel. When arriving you feel really invited and at peace. I love how the value for money gave an exceptional hospitality & room. I booked the double bed room and did not expect to be a luxury bath tub, rainforest shower within the room. It felt very luxurious!

Alaya Hotel is an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The room is wonderful, with a bathtub in the middle of the room. (you can have some privacy by pulling the curtains). The breakfast is substantial and of good value. The staff are polite and kind and made special arrangement for my husband’s birthday with a surprise celebration. Thank you!

Perfect location , in the middle of Ubud centre . Three restaurants inside the hotel , plenty of choice . Walking distance to monkey forest , yoga barn etc. staff are warm and welcome . Facilities are modern and room is good size with large balcony. The Dala spa inside the hotel is highly recommended ! We choose to stay in Alaya for our honey moon trip . Our room is decorated so beautifully and we were treated with delicious chocolate cake . We stayed in four five star hotels in Bali during our trip and Alaya is my favourite!

Very nice and grand hotel. - Nice batroom - Nice View - Big Room - Nice Location (close to shops, restaurants, night stores etc.) - Complementry juices and drinks in the fridge

Great location in Central Ubud, very quiet despite being on the main street (we had an interconnecting room and suite at the back part of the property with lovely views), restaurants available onsite but easy to walk to lots of other places to eat, pool area (two pools next to each other) is a decent size and very nice. Really well set up for families - we stayed with our two teenagers. The interconnecting rooms we stayed in had one main entrance into a small foyer, so we were able to have the two doors leading to the rooms open if we needed to. Would definitely stay here again.
