The hotel staff provided excellent service, they all went above and beyond. I really appreciated their help, kindness and authenticity. The guide tour, Wayan, made my whole trip (in terms of trips, expeditions and pictures).

We had no issues with the hotel at all. We stayed in a room large enough for 3 people, which I believe was a suite which was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our breakfasts.

The resort is close to the city centre, without the busy - ness and sound of it all. Hotel staff were helpful and very nice. Big beds and big rooms with cold aircon and little patio to sit on outside Very clean space, staff cleaned the room when you left for the day. Pool was almost empty a lot of the time which was good to come back and relax in following a walkabouts of Ubud. Good area for the price it was. Would stay again for short periods.

Rooms are very big. We got free upgrade to better room. This was our second visit, first time we choosed this hotel because of their pool. Pool is still very beautiful. It's quite close to Monkey Forest and Ubud Palace, you have to walk about 15-20 min, but it's OK. Lot's of SPA's and eating possibilities on the street. Hotel is quiet. Breakfast is good, you have to order it on previous evening. You can order late checkout if you need. It was half price of room rate and we were able to stay until 18.00 to relax before our flight.
