Great location within walking distance to central Ubud but tucked away in its own quiet green oasis. The staff were all very friendly and provide a high level of customer service.

It’s an amazing place—spacious and perfect for relaxing. You can unwind by the river, enjoy a massage, and take in the calm, serene atmosphere. Staff was lovely! They are super kind and helpful a the time. I had a great time there !

The layout of the hotel ia beautiful and feels like a adventure. I loved the spa and the treatment. Rooms were big and comfortable. Beautiful temple and different area to chill.

The location was very good and the outlook very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast included was also very good. Would stay with them again based largely on staff and location.

The property was beautiful and it was a huge retreat, run by the Balinese people, had a temple inside the property. Two beautiful pools. Beautiful gardens, very quiet

Great staff, delicious food, lovely views. The Balinese doors to the hotel were unique (love them). The rooms and balcony are spacious.

Good breakfast buffet. Beds comfortable. Room clean and tidy. Great air conditioning. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Lovely welcome ritual.

Great staff, very friendly! Especially in the restaurant. Food was great, too! Rooms beautiful. Location - away from busy Ubud, and also very close to some of famous cafes (Zest, Alchemy, Brie).

It was a nice resort, where you are very close with nature, very beautiful. It is a place where you could really relax and forget about the stress of a regular life. The personnel was friendly and helpful. We really liked breakfast, even it was not too big, but it was always enough. Also it was tasty and healthy, food of a very good quality. Very good mosquitos protection in the rooms. Close to the resort there was a nice restaurant selling jewellery of a good quality

I really liked that this felt like a resort and how secluded it felt tucked away by the river. The constant running water was very relaxing. The whole aesthetic felt more traditional balinese than other places in Ubud and I was given a very warm welcome by the staff which included a blessing by the beautiful tree on arrival. All of the staff (with the exception of the spa) were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were a buffet style arrangement for continental extras with a selection from a menu for a breakfast main. I found myself trying different things in my 3 day stay but if you stayed longer this may be repetitive. The afternoon tea was a lovely afternoon pick me up with very traditional cakes and sweets which I really enjoyed.
