The pool area was lovely, our 'jungle room' was comfy but down many steps so fortunately someone carried our suitcases for us. Staff were all very friendly. Felt that breakfast at the Herb Library was a bit hit & miss. Location of hotel was great and in a few steps you were out in the busy area, yet it was peaceful in hotel grounds.

The staff are so polite and absolutely nothing is a problem at all. Everything is done with a smile. The little touches make this place extra special. Tea and cake on arrival and afternoon tea is served everyday. The pool area is a tranquil haven away from the madness of Ubud. Only a 2 minute walk from one of the busy main streets you would never know how close you were it is so peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel .

Great service, great breakfast, great location near ubud palace and so many restaurants & bars, great restaurant with occasional live music, the pool was close to the rooms, arranged romantic dinner which was so nice, nice reception and everyone so smiley and hospitable..

Location was great with a very close walk to shops and restaurants. The hotels Herb Library which served meals was also great. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The spa at the hotel was also fantastic. This is where we had an our best massage in Bali.

Evertyhing was perfect! The hotel is on great location , you can walk to the centre of Ubud. Spa is great and the rooms as well. The breakfast is delicious. I recommend Adiwana resort to everyone who wants calm and peace just minutes away from the crowded centre!

The unique location being in a quiet and natural surrounding and still in the central part of Ubud, and most importantly friendly staff who provided genuine support to make your holiday better. It really was a relaxing time for me and my family.
