I loved how welcoming the staff were. The facilities were amazing. It is in such beautiful setting, you could be sitting by the pool or enjoying a yummy breakfast.

Nice view to the jungle valley from the pool. Love that option that you can have all day breakfast. Also I have stayed during Silence day, so the hotel organized morning yoga, evening meditation and other activities, room service food, that were nice. Thank you 🤗

Love this place. It feels secluded, but when you exit the hotel grounds, you have many cafes and restaurants. However, the food and drinks at the hotel are very good as well. The pool area is reason enough to visit this hotel! Same with the spa. Super friendly staff. Clean room. Great shower. Excellent views from the room, from the spa and from the pool.

Thank you for the lovely stay. The staff is very friendly and thank you for the birthday package :) - all day breakfast and so good (I will look for this in future hotel bookings, such a great way to do. You can go to the pool first and after enjoy a stress free lunch/brunch) - birthday package (my girlfriend loved the surprise) - comfortable big bed - very clean - great pool

Excellent hospitality, great value for money, they really care for you. From reception area to Pistachios restaurant, all of them really care for you. Also, they gave me a free upgrade and made sure we were taken care of with respect to food, service even with a midnight check in. The few names of the top are SumaJaya, Febri, Laura, Mila, and many, many more. Suma had a unique blend of friendliness, brotherliness, and giving personal space. He really ensured the tour experience was really worth it. He is a great asset for Adiwana Biswa.

Excellent location. Extremely friendly staff! Afternoon tea was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good, especially the local dishes. My room was very spacious and the bathroom was pretty dope!

Great staff from arrival and amazing location. Pool is very very nice with a lovely view. Very generous free breakfast with large variety, love that you can have it any time of the day!
