Perfect stay! Room was quite spacious & clean. It was very comfortable to sleep. The location is quite serene and calming! Staff are very friendly 😊

This was a last minute booking to make our visit to Mount Cook that little bit easier. The hotel obviously plays to the coach travel market but for solo travellers we found it good though a little dated in decor. The staff however made up for everything as they were interested in us, attentive and very helpful.

Large room with bath. Nice view and balcony. Breakfast was good and allergy friendly options were great. Free parking. Lovely staff. Liked that breakfast was included in rate. Excellent restaurant across the road if you don’t wish to dine at the hotel.
