Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Relaxing atmosphere. Facilities on site were fantastic, restaurant options, gift shop, arcade and swimming pools. Kids loved the smores at night. Great kids eat free. Water cooler onsite and courtesy laundry.

Great space for family with children, very friendly staff, lovely pool area, s’mores and film at night, also nice chill zone and games for adults (and arcade, bowling). Great hotel to enjoy the afternoon after a hike in Grand Canyon!!

Positive: Location was convenient. Parking easy. Room size very good, bathroom huge, water fountain in reception to refill bottles. Negative: Pillows are too flat & the sheets rustle when you turn over! Bath is very large/deep to step into for showering and slippery. The coffee machine which has to perch next to a sink, makes lukewarm warm coffee, no kettle in the room to make tea - they tell you to come out to reception! Fancy doing that when you’re in your pyjamas? No kettles or proper cups/spoons available on request either (most hotels will oblige) and only paper cups for coffee with packets of sugar and plastic swizzle sticks - all wrapped in plastic. This is not sustainable living, what’s wrong with ceramic cups and steel spoons which can be washed and reused? Imagine the saving on landfill!

From the outside it looks like the typical American motels you see in the movies 😊 Nice big free parking, reception area is nice and offers free Starbucks coffee machine/water/tea. We appreciated we could arrange late check in and check out. Breakfast was included in the price; we’ve been given a menu with few options, and we’ve been told we have $20 buget per person. Anything you order above this amount can be paid on top. We appreciated Samsung TV in the room, complimentary water, coffee machine with Starbucks capsules. Bathroom with big mirrors, hot water and toiletries. Great location, close to Grand Canyon entrance (but go there in the early morning as we had to queue more than 1h for few km only), Starbucks, Mc Donald’s, market, gas station, Grand Canyon small airport.

Great staff. Just 5 minutes away from the Grand Canyon entrance. There is a grocery store across the street. Lots to do for kids.

Great location for visiting the South Rim of Grand Canyon. Big facility with plenty to do. The room was quite clean and spacious.
