Staff and facilities were great. We stayed in the off season so some facilities were closed. Hot tub is great after a hike. Saloon Bar is inviting. Information desk is attended to help out.

It was a nice hotel with parking space. We were on the third floor with 4 luggages to carry on. There is only one elevator. The room was confortable and clean. It was nice to have two sinks, one one the bathroom and one in the room. It was near by restaurant and 10 min from Grand Canyon entrance.

Location, its 15 min from the Grand Canyon, in the hotel available indoor pool and the staff is great.

Very good location, wifi and cleaness, easy parking and access, very friendly staff, there's a jacuzzi and a restaurant for the guests. Very close to the Grand Canyon entrance

Great location, less than 10 minute drive to Grand Canyon and start of trailheads. Room was spacious enough for 3 people and had a sink outside the bathroom which was very useful. Clean, comfy beds, warm rooms- perfect for what we needed! Bar was lovely and they gave me 2 complimentary drinks for my birthday 🎈

The hotel has an exceptional location really close to the entry of Grand Canyon NP. The staff is very very friendly and accomodating. They waited for us to arrive, even 1h after the initial plan because I was not aware of the time change between Nevada and Colorado and had our room ready on our arrival. The hotel has a restaurant that offers breakfast and dinner with a nice menu.

Convenient location right next to the visitors centre. Warm, clean and well managed. We'll equipped room. Free parking near room. Quiet and thermally comfortable room. Free coffee for guests.

A large property with separate accommodation blocks, but with easy access from where you can park, the room was a bit dated but was very comfortable and the bed was excellent. The fridge in the room was very loud so we did have to unplug that as was too loud to ignore. After that we did sleep really well
