extremely friendly and helpful staff. excellent location in terms of proximity to the airport. clean room, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. perfect match for the price. for all those posting negative reviews: please remember that this is a £25 a night hotel, which is probably the lowest in terms of price that one can find in almaty. you cannot expect sound proof rooms, stately king size beds, room service and concierge at this price. one has to be realistic. for all those complaining about the staff not being proficient in english: has it occurred to them to use an online translator?!

Walking distance to Airport Cheap. Ideal and great location for cheap layover. Excellent staff at reception

Rooms were superb, but Wi-Fi would not connect other than at reception. It isn’t sign posted so very hard to find
