Excellent breakfast with lots of choices, quiet location beside a parkland with easy access to walking path along the river, cleanliness of room

We had a room closest to reception and on ground floor - no view out of the window, just a wall, but didn't matter as we were out a lot. Very good breakfast. Rooms are large and comfortable. Easy parking.
